Restrictions: 

BOK Realty will be providing a pair of season tickets for the padres home games to the first 100 customers who successfully close a transaction with BOK representing them as a broker. The transaction must successfully close escrow where BOK Realty is representing the customer in the purchase or sale of a real property located in San Diego County, with a value of $500,000 or above.

This promotion must be requested at the time of entering into a purchase or listing contract with BOK Realty as broker, and the customer must also obtain BOK Realty’s signed written confirmation that the real property qualifies. This promotion is not valid with any other promotions or commission discount given by BOK Realty or any of its agents. One pair of season tickets per property. Season tickets will be chosen by the customer after close of escrow at a value not to exceed $1300.
