Founder / Realtor®️
Francisco Chavarin has enjoyed every minute he’s spent helping his clients achieve their real estate goals. From traveling throughout the city to viewing masterfully designed buildings to meeting interesting people, Francisco is driven by the energy of his career.
Originally from Northern California, Francisco lived in Mexico for a good part of his childhood before moving back to the states to attend the NewSchool of Architecture and Design in San Diego. After obtaining a five-year professional degree from the NewSchool and a certificate in project management from San Diego State University, Francisco worked in the architectural industry for 12 years. During that time, he was involved in everything from planning, design, and project management to client, consultant, and contractor coordination. But he had always wanted to transition into real estate, so in 2009 he married his passion for buildings and design to his love of connecting with people.
Although Francisco delights in all aspects of real estate, he especially loves guiding people through the process of buying or selling a home. His architectural background and market knowledge give him a knack for analyzing properties and make him an ideal advocate for a range of buyers and sellers. Understanding that the market can be competitive and the experience overwhelming, he is committed to his clients and takes the time to understand their concerns and goals. Once he does, he creates a customized strategy for each client, places care at the forefront of his services, and works vigorously until he obtains the desired outcome — no matter how complex.
Francisco believes an agent’s most valuable offering is to truly have the client’s best interests in mind. Yours is at the top of his, and he’s committed to helping you reach real estate success.
During free time, you’ll find Francisco playing golf, learning to play guitar, attending equestrian events, and traveling.
